Lisa Fay Coutley

Lisa Fay Coutley’s chapbook, In the Carnival of Breathing, recently won the Fall, 2009 Black River Chapbook Competition and is forthcoming from Black Lawrence Press in 2011. Back-Talk, her first chapbook, winner of the ROOMS Chapbook Competition, has just been released by Articles Press (2010). She is Associate Poetry Editor for Passages North at Northern Michigan University, where she is an MFA teaching fellow. Her work has appeared most recently or is forthcoming in Blackbird, Sewanee Theological Review, 32 Poems, Pebble Lake Review, Cave Wall, Hollins Critic, Fugue, and Linebreak.
