Sara Eliza Johnson

 My poetry has appeared in Best New Poets 2009, New England Review, Shenandoah, Verse Daily, Iron Horse Literary Review, and elsewhere. I am the recipient of a 2010 Rona Jaffe Foundation Writer’s Award, a Winter Fellowship from the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, a Work-Study Scholarship to the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, and an AWP Intro Journals Project Award. I have also been a finalist for the Ruth Lilly Poetry Fellowship. I received an MFA from the University of Oregon and a BA from Cornell University. I live in L.A.
