Ken Arnold

Ken is a "re-emerging" poet whose work was first published decades ago in such places as The American Poetry Review, The Southern Poetry Review, Poetry Northwest, and so on. New work has been published or is forthcoming in Blood LotusBig River Poetry Review, A Baker's Dozen (Thirteen Extraordinary Things), Palooka, Episcopal Cafe, and Barefoot Review. As a playwright, he was a fellow at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center; the play he developed there, She Also Dances, was cited in Best Plays of 1983. He is a retired book publisher living in Portland, Oregon, and writing full (making up for lost) time. His most recent book, Circle of the Way, is a work of haibun (prose and haiku)–currently out of print, alas.
