Oliver Bendorf

OLIVER BENDORF is the author of The Spectral Wilderness, selected by Mark Doty for the 2013 Wick Poetry Prize and forthcoming from Kent State University Press. His poems have recently appeared in or are forthcoming from Blackbird, jubilat, Indiana Review, Ninth Letter, Tupelo Quarterly, and elsewhere, and anthologized in Best New Poets and Troubling the Line: Trans and Genderqueer Poetry and Poetics. Born and raised in Iowa City, Iowa, he holds degrees from University of Iowa and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he currently lives.
